On September 27th 2025, InvestCEC joined its partner Stadtwerke Klagenfurt in celebrating several important milestones: 85 years of Stadtwerke Klagenfurt, 75 years of district heating in Klagenfurt, and 25 years as a public limited company. The anniversary event attracted many visitors from Klagenfurt and the surrounding region, who had the opportunity to learn more about the company’s diverse services and initiatives. Local and regional politicians also took part in the celebrations, underlining the important role of Stadtwerke Klagenfurt in advancing sustainability and shaping a greener future for the city. 

As one of Stadtwerke Klagenfurt’s innovation partners, InvestCEC was present with its own information stand, offering visitors insights into the project’s objectives and activities. The presentation focused on explaining how a circular economy approach can help create resource-efficient and climate-friendly solutions for urban environments.
